Dr. Jacob Green, M.D., Ph.D.
Earned his medical degree
from the University of Alabama. He interned in surgery and did residencies
in neurology and neurosurgery at the University of Alabama.
He was Chief Resident in 1968 at the Medical College of South
Carolina, whereat he completed additional training in neurology. He earned
a Ph.D. in 1988 from Walden University in the field of management, writing
his dissertation on social change in American medical practice.
Dr. Green has published more
than 60 papers in the refereed medical literature and authored three
textbooks. He is Board Certified
in Neurology, Electroencephalography, Thermography and Pain Management.

Board of Directors of the American Academy of Pain Management and is
a past President of the Jacksonville Society of Neurology, Florida
Society of Neurology and the American Medical
Electroencephalographic Association. He has practiced neurology in
Jacksonville since 1969. |

Dr. Joseph Warner, M.D.
A Harvard-trained neurologist
and neuroanatomist who is actively practicing neurology. He has authored
an internationally acclaimed Textbook of Neuroanatomy. His current
interests and research are in the understanding of the neuronal circuitry
necessary for the maintenance of balance. |

Dr. Leon-Barth
Dr. Barth is Board
Certified, practicing Pediatric Neurologist, assists in training
physicians and technologists in balance diagnosis for both adults and
children.
He serves as an instructor training
providers for the Secure Balance system and is a board certified member of
the ABBM.

Fralicker pioneered the DUAL use of the low power laser used in

Deborah Fralicker, R.N., D.C.
Dr. Deborah Fralicker is a
chiropractic physician who performs spinal manipulations, both manual and
non-manual manipulation with activator technique.
She has been a chiropractic
physician since 1983 and a registered nurse since 1974. Dr. Fralicker
specializes in acupuncture, needle treatments, current and laser.
Massage therapy and low level
laser treatments are also used to treat chronic pain. Natural medicine
alternatives are available in diet instruction and supplementation.
